Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved appointment of WILLIAM L.
BASKETTE, JR, as Second Assistant County Attorney of Kerr
County, Texas, effective as of August 1st, 1983 and that
his salary be fixed at $1250.00 per month.
