ORDER CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF DEBRA L. LENARD AS ASSISTANT
COUNTY AUDITOR AND APPROVING SALARY FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 16th day of September 1983, upon motion
made by Commissioner Guthrie seconded by Commissioner
Lich the Court unanimously approved an order confirm-
ing the appointment of Debra L. Lenard as Assistant County
Auditor and approving her salary for payroll purposes, in
the amount of $9,480.00 per annum, effective as of September
15th, 1983.

TO THE HONORABLE CONA1ISSIONER'S COURT OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS:
Wf-IEREA.S, the Honorable l~n Williamson, County Auditor of
Kerr County, Texas, has certified to the undersigned District
Judges of Kerr County, Texas, his appointment, pursuant to Article
1650, V.A.C.S., as amended, of Debra L. Lenard as Assistant
County Auditor, to serve at an annual salary of $9480.00 and to
be authorized to act for the County Auditor during his absence
or unavoidable detention with respect to such duties as are re-
quired by laia of the County Auditor, such certification of appoint-
ment being attached hereto; and
WtIEREAS, the undersigned District Judges having carefully
considered the County Auditor's application for approval of the
foregoing appointment and having made all necessary inquiries
concerning the qualifications of the said Debra L. Lenard to serve
as Assistant County Auditor, and the reasonableness of the salary
requested,
IT IS Ok2DL'REU that such appointment be and the same is hereby
approved, and the umdersigned District Judges do hereby certify
that Debra L. Lenard shall serve as Assistant County Auditor at an
annual salary of $9480.00, upon taking the official oath of office
and giving such bond as is required by the
