ORDER NO. 15030
RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, because of the magnitude and scope of the
current investigation being conducted into the mysterious deaths
of infant children in Bexar and Kerr Counties there is no way
to ascertain the extent of the expenses which will be incurred;
and,
WHEREAS, Kerr County does not have funds budgeted to
cover anticipated expenses such as scientific investigation,
professional consultant fees, and travel;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County request that the pending grant application
filed with the Criminal Justice Council by Kerr County District
Attorney Ronald Sutton and Bexar County District Attorney Sam
Millsap be approved in order that both counties might benefit.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Lich and unanimously approved by the Court.
