ORDER N0. 14921 ORDER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY AGENT OF KERR COUNTY TO HAVE THE PECAN TREES ON THE COURTHOUSE SQUARE SPRAYED On this the 25th d.ay of January 19II3, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Agent of Kerr County be authorized to have the pecan trees on the Courthouse Square sprayed. Texas The Texas A8M University System Agricultural County Courthouse-Basement Extension Kerrville, Tx. 78028 Service December 10, 1982 COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT The County Extension Office is requesting a new copy system. Due to usage demands over the past year's, the present machine is exhausted. The parts needed have been discontinued and Kerrville no longer has an authorized repairman available to service mimeograph machines. The machine is difficult to operate and commonly slings ink on the operators. The copy is of an unprofessional quality, not to mention the numerous reams of paper wasted because of misprinting, or misfeeding. The secretary averages 200 plus trips to the County Clerks office monthly to use their copy machine. This promotes inefficient time usage by both offices as their personnel has to load the machine for us and often personnel from either of the offices have to wait in line and often this keeps clientele waiting. A mimeograph machine only uses stencils for multiple reproductions, therefore, requested printed educational information from bulletins, charts, plans, etc. cannot be reproduced. Only a copy machine would serve these purposes. We appreciate your consideration. /~ rri Ray County Extension Agent (H.E.) Kerr County ~dclir R. ~'~ Eddie R.
