SORTER FOR USE BY THE COUNTY E::TENSION AGENTS
On this the 14th day of February 1983, upon motion
made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner
Holland, the Court unanimously approved a 36 month no
interest lease o£ one SAVIN 370 Copier with 10 bin
sorter for use by the County Extension Agents of
Kerr County, Texas, with payments to be in the amount
of $193.75 per month.

In regards to the current duplicating system of the Extension
Office, we are offering this sugges[ion...PUNT! Our SAVIN
870 Model with a Ten Bin Sorter is uniquely designed to handle
this account. It is the same identical unit that was just recently
purchased, however the Ten Bin Sorter has been added.
Don, we are using the same pricing structure as we used on
the other two machines and adding our Sorter cost:
SAVIN 870 with Ten Bin Sorter $6,975.00
36 Month No-Interest Lease $193.75
15$ Option To Buy $1,046.25
It is my opinion Lhat this system of reproducing the work in the
Extension Office will be greatly enhanced and certainly less
time consuming, The Sorter will allow the staff to have a finished
copy without having to physically sort each copy.
