ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR TWO 1983 TWO TON DUMP
TRUCKS, CABS AND CHASSIS' TO BE PURCHASED BY KERR COUNTY
FOR USE OF COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCTS NOS. 1 and 3
On this the 11th day of July 1983, upon motion made
by Commissioner ,;~b seconded by Commissioner
Ht~llanc3 the Court unanimously approved that the County
Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for two 1983 two
ton dump trucks, cabs and chassis', for use by the Commis-
sioners of Precincts One and Three.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., August 8th,
1983, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Bids are without trade-ins.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr
County, Texas, July 16th and July 23rd, 1983.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Kerr County will receive sealed bids addressed to the
Kerr County Commissioners' Court for the following
equipment:
One 1983 Model two ton dump truck - cab and
chassis for use•by Kerr County Precinct No. 1,
without trade-in.
One 1983 Model two ton dump truck - cab and
chassis for use by Kerr County Precinct No. 3,
without trade-in.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., August
8th, 1983, at which time all bids will be publicly opened
and read.
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifica-
tions on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Publication of this notice and awarding of bids shall be
in compliance with and subject to the terms of Article 2632,
Texas Civil Statutes.
