On this the 9th day of May 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge
be authorized to advertise for bids for one new Tractor
with mower for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. Four.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. :~., June
13th, 1983, at which time all bids will be publicly opened
and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of
Kerr County, Texas, P4ay 11th and Play 13th, 1983.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids addressed to the Kerr County Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, will be received at the
office of the County Clerk, Kerr County, Kerrville, Texas,
until 10:00 o'clock A. M., June 13th, 1983, for one new
tractor with mower, to be purchased by Kerr County, Texas,
for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No.
Four,
Specifications are on file at the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject
any and all bids for said equipment.
