FOR ONE NEW TRACTOR WITH MOWER FOR USE BY THE
COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. FOUR
On this the 13th day of June 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid
of EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY for one new Ford 3610 Diesel
Tractor in the amount of $9,999.00 and one Ford 939
Rotary Cutter in the amount of $605.15 (total bid price
$10,604.15), for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. Four, as recommended by the County Auditor
as the lowest and best bid.

believe that our units meet or exceed all the
specifications called for in the bid request form.

Category I 3-point linkage; Swinging drawbar,

Transmission, Power Steering, Two headlights
and one tail light and two flashing fender-mounted
safety lights, 7.00-15 Front tires, 13.6-28 Rear
tires, Rear wheel weights, Equipped with 2-Post
R.OP.S. and canopy.
1-Ford 939 Rotary Cutter---S-Foot, 3--Point Category I
hookup, P.T.O. Driven with tailwheel included 605.15
