APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF FRANCES KAISER AS A FULL TIME
EMPLOYEE, WITH DUTIES EQUALLY DIVIDED BETWEEN THE SHERIFF'S
OFFICE AND THE DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 30th day of August 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved the employment of Frances
Kaiser as a full time employee, with duties equally
divided between the Sheriff's Office and the District
Clerk's Office, effective September 1st, 1983 and that
her salary be fixed at $790.00 per month.

Dear Sirs:
As informally agreed at the last Commissioners Court meeting August 8,
1983, Mrs. Francis Kaiser will be employed as a full time employee with
duties equally divided between the Sheriff's Office and the District
Clerk's office effective Sept. 1, 1983.
Starting salary for Mrs. Kaiser will be $790.00 per month, the present
starting salary for new county employees.
