APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PATRICIA DYE, COUNTY CLERK, FOR
APPOINTMENT OF LINDA RULE AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 10th day of January 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland seconded by Commissioner Guthrie ,
the Court unanimously approved the Application of Patricia
Dye, County Clerk, for appointment of Linda Rule as Deputy
County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $9,000.00
per annum ($750.00) per month, effective the date of her quali-
fication, the same being January 11 1983, and that her salary
be paid out of Officers Salary Fund.
