On this the 14th day of March 1933, upon motion made
by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie,
the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk of
Kerr County, Texas be authorized to require a Court Cost
Deposit in the amount of $40.00 on County Court Commit-
ments, at the time of filing and to be effective beginning
April 1st, 1983.
