FOR APPOINTPIENT OF DEBRA TILTON AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 23rd day of May 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
with Commissioners Holland, Higgins & Guthrie and County
Judge Morriss voting "AYE"' and Commissioner Lich "ABSTAINING"
from voting, said motion carried by a majority vote, approv-
ing the Application of Patricia Dye, County Clerk, for appoint-
ment of Debra Tilton as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County,
Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790..00 per month),
effective the date of her qualification, the same being May
23rd, 1983 and that her salary be paid out of the General
Fund..
