ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR COMPUTER INDEXING SYSTEM FOR
THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE
On this the 30th day of September 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, with
Commissioners Holland, Higgins, Lich and Guthrie voting "AYE"
and Judge Morriss voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority
vote approving an order that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for a computer indexing system for the
County Clerk's Office.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 1:30 o'clock P.M., October 13th,
1983, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County,
Texas, October 5th and October 12th, 1983.
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids addressed to the Kerr County Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, will be received at the
office of the County Clerk, Kerr County, Kerrville, Texas,
until 1:30 o'clock P.M., October 13th, 1983, for a computer
indexing system for the County Clerk's Office.
Specifications are on file at the office of the County
Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
The Commissioners' Court reserves the right to reject any and
all bids for said equipment.
Done by direction of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County,
Texas, this the 30th day of September 1983.
