CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND
TABULATED
On this the 14th d.ay of November 1983, came on to be consider-
ed by the Court the returns to be canvassed, to determine the
results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held on
November 8th, 1983. And the Court having canvassed and tabulat-
ed the returns of the election precincts and the Absentee
Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct
and should be approvede
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Guthrie , seconded
by Commissioner Lich the Court unanimously approved that
the returns canvassed and tabulated in Volume 7, Pages 13 thru
16, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as
certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all
respects approved.
