ORDER REGARDING MERIT INCREASES INCLUDED IN THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR KERR COUNTY FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1st, 1983
On this the 13th day of October 1983, a motion was made
by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
and unanimously approved by the Court, that no merit increases
be given to Kerr County employees before January 1st, 1984.
It is further ordered that department heads are to be limited
to the amounts which are included in the Operating Budget
for Kerr County for the fiscal year beginning October 1st,
1983 and that the amounts of the merit increases are to be
at the discretion of the department heads.
