In the event the Grantee desires cancellation of this instrument, all equipment and units pertaining to the Instrument Landing System, and items set forth in this Qultclaim Deed shall automatically revert to the Kerr County Municipal Airport, or its successor or assign. Should the original equipment be replaced or modified to meet FAA specifications, the new or modified unit will revert to the Grantor. It is agreed and understood that the Instrument Landing System herein conveyed when reverting back to the Grantor or transferred back to the Grantor will be in good working order and condition. The relinquishing of ownership of any systems or equipment by FAA will also absolve the FAA of any further responsibilities for the operation, maintenance, or logistic support of the systems or equipment concerned. All the property described hereinabove and transferred hereunder having been duly determined to be excess of the needs and requirements by recommendation of the Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Advisory Board and who desires to quitclaim said property to the United States of America, for use by the Federal Aviation Administration. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, said property, with all its appurtenances unto the Grantee, its assigns and transferees, and as authorized by Advisory Circular 170-9, dated November 26, 1968. By the acceptance of this deed, or any rights hereunder, said Grantee agrees to operate and maintain the aforesaid Instrument Landing System and other properties for the benefit of air carriers, military, general aviation aircraft personnel, and the normal use of the facility by the general public and the Grantor for educational purposes or in conducting flight training exercises and tests. It is agreed and understood between the parties hereto that the Grantee in accepting this equipment agrees that it will not move the Instrument Landing System and other properties from the Grantor's facilities, unless replaced by similar equipment. It is agreed and understood between the parties hereto that the equipment is in good working order at the time of this conveyance and is so accepted by the Grantee.
