ORDER APPROVING PROPOSAL OF MOTHERAL INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRAINAGE ALdD GRADING PLAN FOR
PORTION OF KERRVILLE P_IRPORT
On this the 10th. day of January, 1983, came on to be
considered by the Court the proposed letter contract of Motheral
Industries Incorporated for engineering services for drainage
and grading plan for portion of the Kerrville Airport; and it
appearing to the Court that the letter proposal as submitted under
date of November 16, 1982 by DSOtheral Industries Incorporated,
a copy of which is attached hereto, should be approved, it is,
therefore, ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland
seconded ay Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court that the aforesaid letter contract be
approved subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
