ORDER GRANTING APPROVAL FOR THE KERRVILLE-KERR COUNTY AIRPORT
BOARD TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT FOR A FIXED BASE OPERATOR AT
CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT
On this the 25 day of January, 1983, came on to be heard
and considered the matter of granting approval for the Kerrville-
Kerr County Airport Board to negotiate a contract for a fixed base
operator at the City-County Airport; and it appearing to the
Court that prior action of the Kerrville-Kerr County Airport Board
to open negotiations with interested parties and that it would be
in the best interest of all parties to grant said approval, it
is ordered on motion by Commissioner Holland ,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County grant approval for the City-County
Airport Board to negotiate a contract for a fixed base operator
as proposed by the City-County Airport Board, subject to concurrence
by the City of Kerrville.
