by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich,
the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Edward
D. Higgins, Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2,
as an Ex-Officio member to the Kerrville-Kerr County
Airport Board.
