APPROVAL OF LETTER PROPOSAL TO FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
CONCERNING PROPOSED AUTOMATED FLIGHT SERVICE STATION
On this the 14th day of November, 1983, came on to be
considered the matter of approving a letter proposal to be forwarded
to the FAA in response to their recent Solicitations for Offers
concerning the proposed Automated Flight Service Station; and
it appearing to the Court that the City and County are in a
position to hold further discussions with the FAA, it is ordered
on motion by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Judge Morriss, and
unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to execute such letter proposal along with Mayor
Thomas W. Pollard, such action to concur with that taken by the
City of Kerrville at its regular meeting on November 8, 1983.
