On this the 8th day of August 1983, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court
unanimously approved an order authorizing County Judge Gordon
S. Morriss to write a letter of termination of a Contract dated
July 15th, 1977 between D & L Maintenance and Kerr County, Texas,
for Janitorial Services.

Janitorial Services, dated July 15, 1977, between D & L Main-
tenance and Kerr County Texas, you are here by notified that
Kerr County is terminating such contract, effective thirty days
from the date on which you receive this letter.
A notice for bids for janitorial and/or lawn maintenance
services will be published in one of the local newspaper.
