ORDER AUTHORIZING SHERIFF TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO CO1`7PLY
WITH THE TEXAS COMMISSION OF JAIL STANDARDS AS RELATED TO
LIGHTING AND CELL LOCKS
On this the 31st day of March 1983, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved that the Sheriff, Clifton
A. Greeson, be authorized to take the neccessary steps to
comply with the Texas Commission of Jail Standards as related
to the lighting and cell locks in the Kerr County Detention
Facility.
