USE BY THE COMr1ISSI0NER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland seconded by C~~mmissioner Guthrie
the Court unanimously approved payment to the State Department
of Highways and Public Transportation, for the following used
equipment for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct
No. One, as follows:
One 1978 Chevrolet Dump Truck in the amount of
$4,800.00; payable out of General Road & Bridge Fund.
Two Motorola Base Stations (~ $20.00 each - $40.00,
payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund,
and
Ten rotorola Radio Units ~ $20.00 each - 200.00,
payable out of Road & Bri ge Precinct No. Fund
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer
be authorized to draw vouchers in the above amounts, payable
out of above listed funds
to the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation, upon request of Fred
Holland, Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

County provided a State Agency does not request the unit and radios.
