ORDER N0. 15656 ACCEPTANCE OF DEED AND EASEMENT ON A ROADWAY LOCATED IN KERB COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT N0. FOUR, KNOWN AS HOMER DRIVE On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Special Warranty Deed from Verdon Gilchrist and wife, Margie R. Gilchrist to Kerr County on a roadway known as Homer Drive, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four. The Court also accepted an easement from Samuel W. Martin, Jr., and wife, et al, to the Public, on a roadway known as Homer Drive, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, provided in so doing that Kerr County will not accept maintenance of roadways until said roadways are constructed according to the specifications of the Commis- sioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four.
