OF OLD KERRVILLE-JUNCTION CITY ROAD IN PRECINCT 4 On this the 9th day of July, 1984 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of a request that Kerr County execute a quitclaim deed to a tract of land in Precinct 4, Kerr County, Texas, said tract containing 7.493 acres, more or less, situated in the 6~7. W. Sproul Survey and W. W. Wells Survey and located about 22 miles northwest of the Mountain Home Post Office, said tract being an old R.O.W, for the Kerrville-Junction City Road; and it appearing to the Court that said right of way has been abandoned and Kerr County has been requested to execute a quitclaim deed to the original owner, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, and approved by majority vote, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins, Lich and Guthrie voting aye and Judge Morriss abstaining, that Kerr County execute a quitclaim deed as to 7.493 acres as described above to Lorine M. Carpenter; and it is further ordered that the County Judge be hereby authorized to execute and deliver the aforesaid quitclaim deed. to the grantee.
