APPROVAL OF PLAT OF THE WOODS SECTION THREE
On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland,
the Court unanimously approved the plat of THE WOODS
SECTION THREE, a subdivision comprising 22.89 acres out
of Wm. T. Crook Survey No. 63, Abstract No. 116 in Kerr
County, Texas, provided in so doing that Kerr County
will not accept maintenance of roads until said roads
are constructed according to specifications shown in
the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations, which
became effective January 1st, 1984.
(Said subdivision is located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. Two).
