COLLECTOR, FOR APPOINTMENT OF MARY M. MICHELSON AS DEPUTY

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Lich seconded by Commissioner Holland
the Court unanimously approved the Application of Doris Lee
Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for appointment of Mary M.
Michelson, as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County,
Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790.00 per
month), effective as of August 6th, 1984, payable out
of the General Fund and that her deputation be effective
the date of her qualification.
