ORDER AUTHORIZING DORIS LEE SMITH, TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR,
TO PURCHASE A LATERAL FILE FOR AUTO REGISTRATION RECEIPTS
On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by
Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
the Court unanimously approved that Doris Lee Smith,
Tax Assessor-Collector, be authorized to purchase a lateral
file for auto registration receipts in an approximate amount
of $1200.00.

auto registration receipts. This is a budgeted item, but the cost
is now $1200. This will be approximately $300 over the amount that
