On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Burtrust T. Wilson be
appointed as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 14, to fill the vacancy
created by the resignation of Felipe Castillo, due to health reasons.

On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Linda Rule
as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of
January 31st, 1984.

N0. 15319 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF PATRICIA DYE, COUNTY CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF JUDY
HOLMES AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the application of Patricia Dye,
County Clerk, for the appointment of Judy Holmes as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas,'
at a salary of $10,200.00 per annum ($850.00 per month), effective the date of her qualifica-
tion, the same being January 9th, 1984 and that her salary be paid out of the General Fund.
