!~ Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
I~ thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1983, and held on deposit in the
~ County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $36,834.05.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $14,968.00
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded '
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Mrs. Marjorie,
Luther, as a member of the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission, be ratified and confirmed;

N0. 15325 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE NEW FOUR WHEEL DRIVE ARTICULATED LOADER, FOR
USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT ONE
On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded ;
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one new Four Wheel Drive Articulated Loader, for use
by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.
Bid price shall include delivery FOB job site in Commissioner's Precinct No. One in
Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., February 13th, 1984, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office
of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
