On this the 9th day of January 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly l;,
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled '~
thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1983, and held on deposit in the
County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $36,834.05.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $14,968.00
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.
