Schreiner Addition to the City of Kerrville, at a public auction held at the Courthouse
door of the Kerr County Courthouse at 1:30 o'clock P.M. January 9th, 1984 to B. D. DRURY,
the successful bidder, in the amount of $9,925.00.
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute
a Warranty Deed to B. D. DRURY, on behalf of Kerr County.

On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved merit increases for various non-
elected personnel, to be effective January 1st, 1984, as follows:
COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE

MARY ANN MUMME,	Deputy County Clerk - a salary increase of $30.00 per month (from
	$940.00 per month to $970.00 per month).
	COUNTY AGENT'S OFFICE
LINDA BAKER,	Assistant to the County Extension Agents and 4-H Program Coordinator
	- a salary increase of $40.00 per month ($890.00 per month to $930.00
	per month).
	TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
ANNE GRAHAM,	Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector - a salary increase of $50.00 per month
	(from $975.00 per month to $1025.00 per month).
	DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE
LINDA UECKER,	Chief Deputy District Clerk - a salary increase of $13.34 per month
	(from $1241.50 per month to $1254.84 per month).
DONNA WITT,	Deputy District Clerk - a salary increase of $13.34 per month (from
	$1062.50 per month to $1075.84 per month).
JANIE WOLFRUM,	Deputy District Clerk - a salary increase of $13.34 per month (from
	$980.00 per month to $993.34 per month).

CLAY BARYON,	Deputy Sheriff - a salary increase of $50.00 per month (from $1275.00
	per month to $1325.00 per month).

ARTHUR V. SCHMIDT, Deputy Sheriff - a. salary increase of $50.00 per month (from

N0. 15331 APPROVAL OF ESTOPPEL LETTER AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN
KX AVIATION, INC. AS LESSEE AND CITY OF KERRVILLE, COUNTY OF KERR AND KERRVILLE-
KERR COUNTY JOINT AIRPORT BOARD AS LESSOR
On this the 9th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss
be authorized to execute an Estoppel Letter on behalf of Kerr County to the Bank of Kerrville,
R.e - Lease Agreement, dated August 4, 1983, by and between KX Aviation, Inc., as Lessee .and
City of Kerrville, County of Kerr and Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board as Lessor and'
also that County Judge ?iorri.ss be authorized to execute the First Amendment to Lease Agree-
ment, dated November 1983, by and between Lessor and Lessee.
