N0. 15335 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 24th day of January 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various',!
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners Precincts, since the ~
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, land 3, General, County Law Library,
Traffic Safety, Juvenile Services, Jury and 216th District Probation Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15336 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF $500.00 TO CLIFTON A. GREESON, SHERIFF, FOR COURT EXPENSES I
IN THE GENENE JONES TRIAL
On this the 24th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded I:
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment of $500.00 to Clifton A.
Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County, to be used for Court expenses incurred in the Genene Jones
Trial. Said amount to be supported by signed receipts for these expenses.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $500.00, payable to Clifton';!
A. Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County.

N0. 15337 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF PORTABLE BUILDING FOR KERR COUNTY PRECINCT NO. ONE
On this the 24th day of January 1484, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that Fred Holland, Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. One, be authorized to purchase a Morgan Portable Building, 12 ft. x
22 ft. from Spears Morgan Building Company, 2023 Junction Hwy., Kerrville, Texas, in the
amount of $2,490.00, payable out of the General Fund. +

N0. 15338 APPROVAL OF MERIT INCREASE FOR PATTY BUROW, SECRETARY - INVESTIGATOR FOR THE
COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 24th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a merit increase of PATTY BUROW, Secretary}
- Investigator for the County Attorney's Office, in the amount of $30.00 per month <from
$1044.00 per month to $1074.00 per month), effective as of January 1st, 1984. j

N0. 15339 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15196, DATED SEPTEMBER 20th, 1983 RE: FRANCES KAISER,
KERR COUNTY EMPLOYEE
On this the 24th day of January 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
' by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that Order No. 15196,
'' dated September 20th, 1983, Re: Frances Kaiser, Kerr County Employee, be amended by deleting
' the following: "full time employee, with duties equally divided between the Sheriff's Office
I and the District Clerk's Office, payable from the General Fund and charged to Non-Departmental!

Salaries, Expense Code 10-409-410".
It is further ordered by the Court that Frances Kaiser be employed on a part-time
hourly basis at $5.57 per hour, effective January 1st, 1984, as an employee in the Sheriff's'
Office, salary payable out of the General Fund.

It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized,',

to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to Ms. Julius Smith in the above amount and
~~ that Kerr County be reimbursed when Mrs. Smith receives her State Warrant in the amount of

majority vote, the Court approved that LYNN B. LeMEILLEUR be appointed to fill the vacancy in I,
the office of Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. One, which was created by the resignation
