COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 13th
day of February 1984, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of the Commissioners' Gourt, with the following officers present:

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15345 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF CLIFTON A. GREESON, SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS,
FOR APPOINTMENT OF MICHAEL D. WEST AS DEPUTY SHERIFF ;
On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Clifton A.
Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of MICHAEL D. WEST, as Deputy ~,
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $14,700.00 per annum ($1225.00 per month),
effective the date of his qualification, the same being February 13th, 1984, payable out of
the General Fund.

The taking and receiving of bids for one four wheel drive articulated loader for use by the
Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One was declared closed at this time.

seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that bids for one !'

AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that bids for a computer

indexing system for the County Clerk's Office be referred to the County Auditor for study and..,
recommendation.

N0. 15348 APPROVAL OF CLAIP4S AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of February 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, 216th District
Probation, Lateral Road 2, Revenue Sharing Trust, County Law Library, Jury and Juvenile State.'.
Aid Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court.
