AS ALTERNATE PRESIDING JUDGE OF ELECTION PRECINCT N0. 10
On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of James E.
Wienecke as Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 10, to fill the vacancy crea
by the resignation of Earl Benner.
It is further ordered that J. F. Duderstadt be appointed as Alternate Presiding Judge
to replace James E. Wienecke, due to his appointment as Presiding Judge of said Precinct.

Precinct No. 11, known as Tom Daniels Elementary School be changed to Motley Hills Baptist
Church, 2001 Singing Wind Drive, Kerrville, Texas 78028.

HISTORICAL SURVEY COMMISSION
On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of Mary Helen
Schreiner as a member of the Kerr County Historical Survey Commission.
