On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved acceptance for maintenance an unnamed`
~~! road approximately 0.8 miles in length, commencing at the termination point of an I-10 Frontag~
Road and continuing to the entrance of Kerrville Country Estates. I

~ N0. 15359 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1983
~~ On this the 13th day of February 1984, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came

on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr County',
': Texas, for the period beginning October 1st, 1983 and ending December 31st, 1983, and the
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here- '
by approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded'.
by Commissioner Holland and in compliance with Article 3912k Subsection (b) (4), and in
compliance with Article 3912k Subsection (b) (4), Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, the Court
unanimously approved selection of five public members to serve on a Salary Grievance Committee,
to replace five of the nine members previously selected, who were unable to serve, for the
year 1984, as follows;
