On this the 13th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-

ESTATES, with no variances and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with
the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January
1st, 1984.
