On this the 21st day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved partial payment to Computer Brokers,
Inc., in the amount of $4,395.00 (25°f of Total Sales Contract Price), for a computer indexing
system for the County Clerk's Office and the balance in the amount of $13,185.00, which is
75% of the total Sales Contract Price, to be paid upon delivery of the computer equipment.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher in the amount of $4,395.00 this date and the balance of $13,185.00 to be
paid upon delivery of said equipment, payable out of the General Fund.

SUCH BONDS FOR THE BANK OF KERRVILLE
WHEREAS, THE Kerr County Industrial Development Corporation (the "Issuer") was
created by Kerr County, Texas (the "Unit") pursuant to the provisions of the Development
Corporation act of 1979, Article 5190.6, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, as amended (the "Act");'
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Act, the Issuer, on behalf of the Unit, is empowered to
WHEREAS, the Act defines "project" to include land, buildings, equipment, facilities,,
and improvements that are (i) located in a federally designated economically depressed county
of less than 50,000 persons according to the last federal decennial census, and (ii) found
issue bonds for the purpose of defraying the cost of any'}~roject" defined as such by the Act;
by the board of directors of the Issuer to be required or suitable for the promotion of
commercial development and expansion and in furtherance of the public purposes of the Act, or
for use by commercial enterprises;
~i WHEREAS, the Unit has been designated as a_economically distressed county by the
';I Economic Development Administration, a federal agency; and the Unit has less than 50,000

f WHEREAS, the board of directors (the "Board") of the Issuer has, by a Resolution
