N0. 15378 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMBULANCE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR
COUNTY AND KERR COUNTY EMS, A DIVISION OF CYNRO, INC.
On this the 27th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a proposed Ambulance Contract between
the City of Kerrville and Kerr County and Kerr County EMS, a division of CYNRO, INC., as
recommended by the Kerrville-Kerr County Puhlic Safety Committee at their meeting February
21st, 1984, for a period of three years, to be effective March 2nd, 1984, subject to con-
currence by the City of Kerrville.

LESSOR AND CITY OF KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY, LESSEE, FOR TOWER SPACE FOR KERR
COUNTY EMS ANTENNA
On this the 27th day of February 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a proposed Lease Agreement between Times j

Mirror Cable Television, Inc., Lessor, and City of Kerrville and Kerr County, Lessee, for

Tower Space for the Kerr County EMS Antenna, as recommended by the Kerrville-Kerr County
Public Safety Committee at their meeting February 21st, 1984, for a period of 12 months, to
be effective March 1st, 1984, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville. ,
