HIGGINS Commissioner Precinct 2 ' VICTOR LICH Commissioner Precinct 3 BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: The taking and receiving of bids for one used oil transport trailer with minimum capacity of 6000 gallons, with or without heater and for one used 1000 gallon or larger oil distributor with cab and chassis for use by the Commissioner of Precinct No. 4 was declared closed at this time. o- o- o- o- o- o N0. 15380 BID FOR USED OIL TRANSPORT TRAILER FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. 4, REFERRED TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 12th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the bid from Enderby-Anderson Co., for one used oil transport trailer for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four, in the amount of $5000.00 for the trailer FOB Lovelady, plus $1.50 per mile from Love- lady to Kerrville, be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15381 BIDS FOR OIL DISTRIBUTOR FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 4 REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 12th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that bids for an oil distributor for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 4, be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o ~ N0. 15382 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 12th day of March 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various 'i claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which li '~ claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and ~ out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, 216th District Probation, Juvenile State Aid, Jury, County Law Library, Revenue Sharing Trust, Traffic Safety, Kerr County Public Library and Juvenile Services Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid, with the exception of two bills to the Kerrville South Volunteer Fire Department (for study). o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15383 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS APPROVED On this the 12th day of March 1984, came on to be examined by the Court, the various reports of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and suvject to audit.
