On this the 12th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by ' -
Commissioner Guthrie, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one new tractor for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct Three.
Bid price shall include delivery FOB job site in Commissioner's Precinct Three in
Comfort, Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., April 9th, 1984, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office of
the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Publication of this notice and awarding of bids shall be in compliance with Article
1659, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.

child, Rickey E. Allen.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $100.00, payable to the Texas Depart-
ment of Human Resources for dental care for the foster child.
