On this the 12th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of Enderby-Ander
Co. for one used oil transport trailer, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct
No. 4, in the amount of $5,000.00 for the trailer FOB Lovelady, plus $1.50 per mile from
Lovelady to Kerrville, Texas, as recommended by County Auditor Don Williamson.
Said trailer is to be paid out of Road & Bridge Precinct 4 Fund, Account Number 15-615-
500, as requested by Commissioner Guthrie.

Manufacturing Co. for one new Grace Model 251 T 1250 Gallon Asphalt Maintenance Distributor,
with {~?isconsin `dH4D 4 cylinder air cooled gasoline engine, for use by the Commissioner of Prec.
No. 4, in the total amount of $10,570.00 (which includes extras), as recommended by County
Auditor Don Williamson.
Payment for the asphalt distributor is to be out of Road and Bridge Precinct No. 4 Fund,
Account Number 15-615-500, as requested by Commissioner Guthrie.

Samuel Wallace Survey No. 111, Abstract 359, located 1/2 mile North of State Highway No. 27,
" on the east side of State Highway Loop No. 534 in Kerr County, Texas (recorded in Volume 113,
~~~ Pages 10 and 11, Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas), to John W. Miller, Sr., the successful
bidder, in the amount of $43,415.00, at a public auction held at the Courthouse door of the
Kerr County Courthouse at 1:30 o'clock P,M., March 12th, 1984.
