N0. 15407 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO JULIUS R. NEUNHOFFER AS SPECIAL COUNTY JUDGE, MARCH
1st, 1.984
On this the 14th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to Julius R. Neunhoffer as
Special County Judge, March 1st, 1984, in the amount of $70.27.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to Julius R. Neunhoffer out of the General
Fund

N0. 15408 APPROVAL OF REPEAT OF WOODCREEK SECTION TWO
On this the 14th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT OF WOODCREEK SECTION TWO,
provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways until residen- '~
tial development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed, paved,
drained and impedibles removed, according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. One.

N0. 15409 ACCEPTANCE OF AUDIT BY PRESSLER, THOMPSON & COMPANY FOR FISCAL YEAR, JANUARY 1st,
1983 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30th, 1983 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT
On this the 14th day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the Audit by Pressler,
Thompson and Company for the fiscal year, January 1st, 1983 through September 30th, 1983, of
Kerr County Records and payment therefor in the amount of $27,464.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to Pressler, Thompson &
Company.
