On this the 23rd day of March 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the 1984 Budget of the Upper Guadalupe
River Authority for the fiscal year ending September 30th, 1984, for Contractual Environmental',
Health Services.

N0. 15411 APPROVAL OF CONTRACTUAL PAYMENT TO UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY FOR ENVIRON-
MENTAL SERVICES

Guadalupe River Authority for Environmental Services in the amount of $17,931.00.
!: It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be
I!, authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to the Upper Guadalupe River

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a proposal of Western

Data Services, Incorporated, for Computer Jury Selection for Kerr County, as follows:
1. Jury Selection @ $.25 per selected juror, this includes Selection
and List.

_ 2. Jury Summons Notice @ $.30.00 per thousand (which is the cost of the
forms which Western Data Services, Inc. will ship to the County).

lip' On this the 23rd day of March 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
~1 claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
~'! claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and
!' out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1 and 4, General, Lateral Road 1, Juvenile Services, Jury and
Public Library Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved payment of bills - Invoice Nos. 2025 thru 2085.
