HERBICIDAL SPRAYER
On this the 3rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment to the State Department of
Highways & Public Transportation, for the following used equipment, for use by the Commission-
er of Kerr County Precinct No. One, as follows:
One 1972 John Deere Model JD301 pneumatic tired tractor, in the amount of $1700.00
and One 1970 Shop Built Trailer and Herbicidal Sprayer in the amount of $200.00.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw vouchers
in the above amounts, payable out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund to the State Depart-
ment of Highways and Public Transportation, upon request of Fred Holland, Commissioner of
Kerr County Precinct No. One.
