The taking and receiving of bids for new tractors for use by the Commissioners of Kerr
County Precinct Nos. 2 and 3 and for one water truck for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. 2 was declared closed at this time.

On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded

I by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that bids for new tractors for use
by the Commissioners of Kerr County Precincts two and three and for one new water truck for

~ use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two be referred to the County Auditor for
study and recommendation. ~,

N0. 15416 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and
out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3, and 4, General, 216th District Probation, Jury, Juvenile
Services, Lateral Road 1, Revenue Sharing Trust, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid &
Permanent Improvement Funds.
,~ I Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
~ approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 15417 APPOINTMENT OF FORMING COMMITTEE FOR SESQUICENTENNIAL COMMISSION FOR KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of a forming committee
for the Sesquicentennial Commission for Kerr County, as follows:
