Commissioner Precinct 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: The taking and receiving of bids for new tractors for use by the Commissioners of Kerr County Precinct Nos. 2 and 3 and for one water truck for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2 was declared closed at this time. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15415 BIDS FOR NEW TRACTORS FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCTS TWO AND THREE AND FOR A NEW WATER TRUCK FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT TWO REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that bids for new tractors for use by the Commissioners of Kerr County Precincts two and three and for one new water truck for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15416 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge No. 1, 2, 3, and 4, General, 216th District Probation, Jury, Juvenile Services, Lateral Road 1, Revenue Sharing Trust, County Law Library, Juvenile State Aid & Permanent Improvement Funds. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15417 APPOINTMENT OF FORMING COMMITTEE FOR SESQUICENTENNIAL COMMISSION FOR KERR COUNTY On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the appointment of a forming committee for the Sesquicentennial Commission for Kerr County, as follows: PEGGY BENSON, Chairman of the Committee CLARABELLE SNODGRASS MICHAEL AND KATHY WALKER FERN ECKERT DR. L. CARROLL ADAMS and EVELYN JAEGGLI o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15418 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15399, DATED MARCH 12th, 1984 On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved that Order No. 15399, dated March 12th, 1984 - Re: Approval of Sale of 0.6485 acres of land, be amended by deleting the following ~~;~- "It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to John W. Miller, Sr., on behalf of Kerr County", and to add the following: "It is ordered by the Court that Edward D. Higgins, County Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 2, be authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to John W. Miller, Sr., on behalf '' i of Kerr County". -! o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o !i N0. 15419 APPROVAL OF ADOPTION OF A PLAN FOR COMPUTER JURY SELECTION FOR KERR COUNTY, SUBJECT UPON APPROVAL OF THE DISTRICT JUDGES On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved adoption of a plan for Computer Jury !i Selection for Kerr County and that the members of the Commissioners' Court be authorized to sign the proposed plan, subject upon approval of the District Judges. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15420 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENTS TO THE KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION RULES AND REGULATIONS ~~' i On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the matter ''~ of emending various sections of the Kerr County Subdivision Rules and Regulations that P, became effective January 1st, 1984, as follows: ;~~ Section III - Definitions (Page 2) ~~i ~. '~. 3.07 Lot: An undivided tract or parcel of land which is, or in the future may be offered for sale, conveyance, transfer or improvement; which is designated as a distinct and separate tract, and which is identifed~! /~ by a tract or lot number or symbol in a duly approved subdivision ~rf'GVI plat which has been properly filed of record. ~. i Section VII - Plat Procedure (Page 7) ~; .A Fees: Any final plat shall be accompanied by a filing fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) plus ten dollars ($10.00) per lot for each unit of the subdivision to be filed. No action shall be taken by the Commis- '' sinners' Court until the filing fees have been paid.
