N0. 15422 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES
On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers .
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1984, and held on deposit in the County
Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $47,072.31.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $19,592.00.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15423 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Bank of Kerrville, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her
in her hands for the period from October 1st, 1983 and ending March 31st, 1984, and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $47,072.31.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15424 APPROVAL OF REQUEST BY MRS. W. B. BROWN, JR., LANDOWNER, FOR WAIVER OF UPPER
GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY DECISION
On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of the request by Mrs. W. B. Brown, Jr., landowner, for waiver of the Upper Guadalupe River
Authority decision denying an application for a construction permit of a residential summer
home in a designated floodplain of the Guadalupe River near Camp Waltonia.
A motion was made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unani-
mously approved by the Court, granting a variance to Mrs. W. B. Brown, 3r., permitting
construction in the floodway, pursuant to provisions as set out in Part 7 of the Regulations _
