On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court that FRANK L. SPEAKMON be
employed as Superintendent of Maintenance, effective as of April 1st, 1984 and that his
salary be set at $14,400.00 per annum ($1200.00 per month), payable out of the General Fund.

On this the 9th day of April 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the school Trustee Election, Divide Common
School District No. 12, held on April 7th, 1984.
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned 1

District, is of the opinion that said returns after having been canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 7, Page 17, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commis-'
sinners' Court and upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland
the Court unanimously approved said returns.
