$27.50 per day to $30.G0 per day (which is a $2.50 per day increase), effective as of April
9th, 1984. I

N0. 15441 ACCEPTANCE OF BID OF EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY FOR ONE NEW TRACTOR FOR USE BY THE
COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. THREE
On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of EDENS IMPLEMENT
COMPANY for one Ford 5b10 Tractor, 4 cyl. 62 P.T.O. Hp. @ 2100 R.P.M., in the amount of
$12,567.00, without roll bar, as the best bid submitted and as recommended by the County
Auditor.

N0. 15442 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF THE WOODS SECTION THREE
On this the 9th day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the plat of THE WOODS SECTION THREE,
a subdivision comprising 22.89 acres out of Wm. T. Crook Survey No. 63, Abstract No. 116 in
Kerr County, Texas, provided in so doing that Kerr County will not accept maintenance of
roads until said roads are constructed according to specifications shown in the Kerr County
Subdivision Rules and Regulations, which became effective January 1st, 1984.
(Said subdivision is located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two).
